What We Do

Systems that Scale

At Ultimate Construction, we deliver high-performance exterior systems that balance function, form, and longevity. Our work spans commercial, institutional, and architectural projects. Each is built with care and coordination, backed by capabilities that allow us to always deliver what we promise, when we promise it.

We do much more than just install. We build solutions that elevate our clients designs, protect the structures they stand on, and last.

System Capabilities

Panel Systems Installed by Us, Built to Last
Ultimate Construction installs exterior wall systems for projects of any scale. We work with top manufacturers and proven materials to deliver panel systems that perform in the real world, not just on paper. Our installs are durable, energy-efficient, and built to handle the demands of modern construction, including weather exposure, long service life, and strict inspection requirements.

ACM Panels

ACM is well-suited for large façades and architectural features where clean lines, rigidity, and long-term performance are priorities. Our team fabricates and installs ACM systems with precise reveal spacing, proper attachment methods, and correct drainage pathways to ensure uniform appearance and resilience over time.

HPL & Phenolic Panels

HPL and Phenolic systems are designed to perform in demanding environments. These materials deliver strong UV, impact, and moisture resistance, making them a reliable option for higher education campuses, public facilities, and institutional projects. We manage tolerances and layout effectively, preventing visual inconsistency across long façade runs.

Fiber Cement Panels

Fiber cement offers a refined aesthetic with strong cost control. We coordinate panel layout, fastening, and edge conditions to ensure the system reads as a cohesive façade; not segmented or uneven. The result is a clean, consistent installation suited to a wide range of architectural styles.

Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs)

IMPs are an efficient solution when thermal performance and schedule are primary drivers. With insulation and cladding integrated into a single panel, these systems reduce steps in the enclosure process. We plan lift operations, staging, and sequencing carefully to maintain envelope progress and align with milestone dates.

Subframing & Support Systems

A façade is only as reliable as the structure behind it. We install engineered rails, girts, and support systems to ensure alignment, structural integrity, and proper drainage. This approach minimizes field issues and avoids the costly adjustments often discovered late in the build.

AVB & Rainscreen Systems

Air, vapor, and moisture control are fundamental to a high-performing envelope. We install AVB and rainscreen systems with continuity and compliance in mind — accounting for climate, phasing, and adjacent trades. The outcome is a façade that stays dry, efficient, and durable from base to parapet.

Custom In-House Fabrication

Our in-house fabrication capabilities help set Ultimate apart from the rest. Through Architectural Systems Fabricators (ASF), we produce custom metal panels, trims, girts, and specialty components built to exact spec. No third-party delays, no finger-pointing. If something changes in the field, we cut it, adjust it, and deliver, fast.

Instead of waiting on a fabricator two states away, we solve problems on the same schedule you’re running. Every component is produced for consistency and fit, not interpretation. Corners align, panels sit tight, and envelope details close clean.

This integrated setup gives us control over quality, timelines, and finish. It also removes the biggest risk every GC hates: downtime caused by someone else. We invest in our own equipment and people for one reason, so your project stays moving without interruptions.

Built right
Built safe

Safety isn’t a slogan for us. It’s planning, communication, and clean jobsite execution. We coordinate lifts, staging, and access around other trades, and we follow site protocols without shortcuts. The result is simple: predictable work, fewer disruptions, and a jobsite everyone can move on. Our foremen communicate about field conditions, not after a problem appears, but before work begins. We don’t gamble with temporary fixes or rush decisions just to hit a daily production number. Controlled work, predictable crews, and clear communication keep people protected and projects moving.
